We’ve all heard the story of the broke artist in some form or another. Whether it was your parents discouraging you from following a creative career because it wasn’t a ‘stable’ way of making a living.
Or your friend from mothers group who crafts beautiful things but says it’s ‘just for fun’ and doesn’t make anything near what her husband brings in.
Or it’s the historic stories of incredible artists gaining little or no recognition (or financial gain) from their art within their lifetime, hello Van Gogh, HILMA af Clint.
Or it’s modern day successful artists telling you to get a day job to support your art.
We’ve all been touched by this story. This paradigm has been intentionally woven into our psyche to disconnect us from our creative fire. To downplay our ability to create riches in our lives from our art.
And it’s time to let it die.
What would it feel like to rebirth yourself as an affluent artist? One who receives in overflow for her creativity?
Who will you be when you let go of these archaic and distorted stories? Or more importantly what will you choose to create?
Receiving abundantly for my art has been one of my souls greatest lessons in this lifetime. I have bought into all of the limited beliefs around receiving money for my art in this lifetime and also beyond this lifetime.
A few years ago I had a very visceral remembrance of a past lifetime I lived as an artist who lost everything. That past lifetime has bought forward many initiations where I’ve felt incredible fear of losing everything if I pursue my creative dreams. It hasn’t been a smooth road.
It’s true that the light illuminates all- including our shadows. It feels like years and years of money healing, releasing fear and stepping through my limitations. The place I stand today is wildly different to where my journey started.
I’ve now received over 6 figures for my soul artistry. My husband and I own a million dollar home. I’ve mentored and created for top leaders in soul and energy businesses around the world. I have booked out my signature soul modality for 14 months straight. I wake up every day excited to serve and create (alongside my role as a mum), my life is rich on all levels.
I share my story as a way to cement the new paradigm of affluent soul artistry. I have lived and embodied this Truth and it’s time to speak to it (even though that currently feels a bit stretchy for me!). But my singular intent is to energise the field and call more artistic souls into their natural abundance.
Creativity, cash, clients, gifts from the universe, inspiration, exciting experiences, empowering connections, are all meant to flow to you, constantly.
This level of receiving is a choice, available to all.
This energy of abundance is flowing to you all of the time. It never runs out, it is infinite. Unlimited.
It is a choice to remember who you truly are and what’s truly available for you. You get to make that choice. Call your power back from that archaic paradigm of the starving artist and begin energising what it means to be an affluent soul artist.
If you’ve ever struggled to make money with your art. If you’ve ever struggled to book clients with your soul business. Where are you still upholding the story of the broke artist/healer? On some level, you are still available for that experience. If those words trigger something in you, good! Don’t beat yourself up, you haven’t done anything wrong. Quite the opposite, you are perfectly primed to receive more. The message here is that there’s more available for you and you’re now ready to step into a whole new experience of wealth with your artistry.
